Meet the Team

Adam Marshall – Director

With his sights firmly set on exceeding the expectations of his clients, Adam focuses on ensuring his team is up-to-date with the latest innovations within the trophy industry, and strives to make every customer experience a positive one. >It’s no coincidence, then, that since Adam purchased NV Trophies (now Accolades and More) in 2006, the company has been awarded its own share of accolades. Finalists for several years running in a number of Chamber of Commerce business award categories, and Retailer of the Year in 2007, the company’s enthusiastic, committed approach to all aspects of the business has raised the bar for service excellence in the trophy and awards industry.

Of course, Adam also has a life outside of trophies. He loves the beach, spending time with his family and a variety of local outdoor sporting activities.

Bill Annesley – Relationship Manager

Bill has many years of experience in areas such as Businesses coaching in fact over 9 years and has helped over 100 businesses succeed including this one.

Bill is a qualified accountant and has worked for a few large companies of Australia he has also owned businesses himself such as a Bookkeeping franchise and a popular restaurant on the Central Coast of Australia.

Currently Bill passion lies on helping areas on the Central Coast grow such as The Entrance where he is the President for the Chamber of Commerce and also vice president of the Town Management Center.

Sara Nickless – Workshop Manager

With her high level of professionalism, combined with an easygoing, friendly manner and ‘can do’ attitude, Sara has the skills, knowledge and experience to ensure your dealings with Accolades and More are memorable – for all the right reasons.

As a keen volleyball player and local representative committee member, she understands – as only someone in the game can – the importance of supplying her clients with their exact requirements (on trophies and everything else), on time and on budget.
